2D interpolation found mistake:
when i put the “X” axis value exact like on the top on the table, function showed the error instead showing the right value from the table according row.

I’ve downloaded gridded data from a weather hindcasting model to compare it’s suggested historical rainfall in South Australia against actual recorded rainfall for 1870. Your function allowed me to interpolate a specific lat/long point out of a 200 km2 gridded dataset. All a bit hairy figuring out how to copy/paste then activate your code, but it’s done the job and passes the common sense test (ie. values are definitely in the expected ballpark)
